PANGARINDA GARDENS IS SPECTACULAR IN SEPTEMBER.

CALOTHAMNUS quadrifidus yellow
First time visitors to this unpretentious native botanic garden are in for a delightful surprise.
Run by a team of dedicated volunteers, the garden was designed to showcase a wide variety of drought hardy native plants from all over Australia.
30 years on from its’ beginnings, the garden not only provides significant habitat for hundreds of birds that have made it their home, and a valuable seed bank for vulnerable plant species, but is an inspiration for any gardener wanting to plant out an arid landscape.
Mark it in your calendar for September 2025! You won’t regret it!
But be sure and pack a water bottle and a snack because the gardens are extensive.
